Oceana, a non-profit organization, is also working to lower mercury emissions and is currently running a campaign to encourage grocery stores to post signs with the FDA mercury advice at seafood counters. Many major grocery store chains, such as Safeway, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Shaw's, and Acme have already begun posting signs as a result of the campaign.
