VegFamily Magazine has a new format - they have discontinued doing book reviews so I will no longer be the book review editor. Starting this month, I will have a monthly column "The Whole Family" where I will discuss the benefits of a whole foods diet. I will highlight a different food each month giving nutritional benefits as well as tips for incorporating the foods in your diet, including recipes.
